About Gideon Alper

I publish this blog to make Georgia divorce and family law easier to understand.

Most of my classes in law school were about big companies and legal theories. I didn’t find that stuff interesting. Instead, I wanted to learn how to help people who have everyday problems. There’s nothing more everyday than people’s families, so I knew that I wanted to practice divorce and family law.

Today I live in Atlanta with my dog, Samson. I graduated from law school at Emory University and will be working for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. To read more about my background, education, and honors, take a look at my LinkedIn profile.
